Role Summary
Were hiring a hands-on, AI-forward demand gen leader to own and scale the inbound engine for a fast-growing healthcare technology company. This person will combine paid acquisition, conversion optimization, SEO/AEO, and rapid experimentation to build repeatable pipeline and improve marketing efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Own paid channel strategy across search, social, display, and emerging performance channels.
- Improve website conversion through landing pages, demo flows, and CRO experiments.
- Build SEO and AEO programs, including visibility in AI-assisted discovery channels.
- Run a high-velocity testing program across audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and messaging.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, creative iteration, page building, and reporting, with strong QA.
- Manage end-to-end measurement from first touch through SQO and revenue to optimize channel economics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation.
- Experience in Series C to D startups or similarly fast-moving environments.
- A track record of owning paid acquisition tied to pipeline, ideally with monthly budgets of $100K+
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, HubSpot, CRO, and landing page optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and AI-driven discoverability.
- Clear communicator with executive presence and a builder mindset.

- Experience in healthcare or health-tech marketing.
- Background in lifecycle marketing or growth marketing.
- Comfort working in a high-velocity environment with evolving priorities.
