About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably within professional services, legal, or financial sectors.
  • Proven success in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Google, with demonstrable results.
  • Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Claude, and a daily application of these technologies to enhance productivity and output quality.
  • Experience building and nurturing referral relationships or partner networks.
  • Strong writing skills capable of producing engaging, accurate long-form content with minimal editing.
  • Experience planning and promoting events or seminars, translating analytics into strategic decisions, and thriving in autonomous, high-energy environments.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising

  • Develop, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google to generate qualified estate planning leads with a focus on return on ad spend.
  • Own and execute SEO strategies, ensuring our website remains current, technically sound, and ranks for high-value keywords relevant to our target audience.
  • Manage and expand our social media presence by creating content that informs, engages, and converts prospective clients.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, utilizing insights to optimize ongoing marketing efforts.

Content Creation & Brand Building

  • Create high-quality legal content including blogs, website copy, email sequences, and educational guides that foster trust and drive client engagement.
  • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and Claude to accelerate content production, refine ad copy, analyze performance data, and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Lead brand-building initiatives across digital and print channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling voice that resonates with families planning their futures.

Seminars & Events

  • Plan and execute both live and virtual client seminars, overseeing all aspects from concept and promotion to logistics and follow-up, positioning Carolina Estate Planning as a market leader.
  • Organize and manage referral partner events, including workshops, appreciation dinners, and networking gatherings to strengthen professional relationships and generate warm introductions.

Referral Pipeline & Partner Network

  • Build and maintain a vibrant referral partner network comprising financial advisors, CPAs, elder law professionals, wealth managers, and senior care providers.
  • Develop and implement a referral marketing strategy that maintains top-of-mind awareness among partners and ensures a steady pipeline of qualified introductions.
  • Create partner-facing content, including newsletters, event invitations, and resource kits, to reinforce relationships and demonstrate value.
  • Monitor referral activity and engagement metrics, providing regular reports to firm leadership on pipeline contributions and partnership success.
