Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid: onsite Monday–Thursdays, remote Fridays)
2 openings – one focused on social media & global football culture, the other on community management & sneaker/sub-cultures
About the role
Both Digital Marketing Managers will manage the brand’s voice and presence across social platforms, engage with consumers, and contribute to flagship marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Develop creative and engaging copy that aligns with the brand’s tone and voice.
- Monitor and manage comments on social media posts; collaborate with community managers to foster engagement.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent messaging and representation across all digital touchpoints.
- Engage with niche cultural spaces and centers to authentically represent the brand.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage approval processes, and build trust within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in social media management or community management.
- Expertise in social media management, creative copywriting, and community engagement.
- For the football-culture role: deep knowledge and passion for global football culture.
- For the sneaker-culture role: expert knowledge of sneaker culture, sub-cultures, music, gaming, fashion, art, or design.
- Experience representing brands and maintaining a consistent tone of voice.
Preferred Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating examples and visualizations of previous work.
- Sharp eye for content curation and creation.
- Experience with stakeholder management and navigating approval processes.
- Proactive and creative approach to marketing challenges.
- Previous experience with major sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
