About the role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at UV Skinz. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, improving marketing efficiency, and scaling the business responsibly.
Responsibilities
- Meta advertising (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Amazon Advertising oversight
- Bing/Microsoft Ads
- Criteo and emerging acquisition channels
- Attribution and reporting through Triple Whale
- Creative testing and campaign analysis
- Weekly performance reporting and recommendations
- Budget pacing and channel allocation
- Cooordination with creative, email, and retention marketing
Qualifications
- 3-7+ years of digital marketing experience
- Hands-on experience managing Meta and Google advertising
- Experience with ecommerce and direct-to-consumer brands
- Comfortable analyzing attribution beyond platform-reported metrics
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution platforms preferred
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
