Digital Marketing Manager
About the role
The Digital Marketing Manager will own the organization's digital marketing strategy across the full customer lifecycle—from acquisition through engagement and retention. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who enjoys balancing big-picture planning with performance optimization and leading digital initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing and lifecycle strategies aligned with business goals
- Owning campaign architecture, segmentation, and marketing automation within HubSpot
- Planning and orchestrating integrated campaigns across email, paid media, web, social, and partner channels
- Managing paid media strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and industry partners
- Building reporting dashboards, measuring attribution, and optimizing campaign performance through analytics
- Driving website conversion optimization, landing page strategy, and customer journey improvements
- Leading experimentation through A/B testing and continuous optimization initiatives
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to prioritize campaigns and improve marketing effectiveness
- Providing direction to Digital Marketing and Social Media team members while ensuring successful campaign execution
- Leading digital marketing initiatives that fuel business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8–10 years of progressive digital marketing experience
- Proven experience developing full-funnel digital marketing strategies
- Extensive experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or comparable marketing automation platforms
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and paid media programs
- Experience leading cross-functional digital marketing initiatives
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategy and customer lifecycle marketing
- Expertise in HubSpot workflows, segmentation, lifecycle management, and campaign architecture
- Strong experience managing Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other paid media channels
- Advanced knowledge of marketing attribution, analytics, conversion optimization, and ROI measurement
- Experience developing dashboards and translating data into actionable business insights
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading digital marketing teams or directing cross-functional resources
- Strong understanding of CRM integration and marketing technology ecosystems
- Experience developing experimentation roadmaps and A/B testing strategies
- Background optimizing website experiences and conversion funnels
- Experience managing budgets and media buying across multiple channels

This is a hybrid, contract to hire opportunity based in the Twin Cities, offering three days in the office and two days remote.
