Key Responsibilities
- Aid with website maintenance and ensure ADA and WCAG compliance.
- Collaborate with business lines to develop and maintain content.
- Coordinate structural changes with the Website Agency.
- Create and manage digital/social content.
- Support departments with online banking, mobile apps, chat features, and other digital products/services.
- Execute and maintain email marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the CRM/MCIF system.
- Track and prepare quarterly reporting on KPIs like open rate, click rate, conversion rate, and opt-outs.
- Assist with reporting on marketing metrics and other key performance indicators.
- Support the Digital Marketing Analyst with various forms of reporting and tracking.
- Plan and execute community events, bank events, sponsorships, and other outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Provide backup for Marketing teammates.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
