About the role
We're seeking a Programmatic Ad Operations Coordinator who excels in operational excellence and campaign hygiene. This role involves building and trafficking digital campaigns, ensuring accurate and reliable measurement, and maintaining a clean and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Build campaigns in-platform, including StackAdapt, DV360, and MNTN, following approved media plans and taxonomy.
- QA and test creatives and ads before launch, verifying correct trafficking, serving, and reporting.
- Monitor and QA floodlights, pixels, and tracked events to ensure clean and reliable campaign measurement.
- Audit spend pacing and delivery daily, catching and addressing issues like under-delivery, spikes, and discrepancies promptly.
- Keep the internal tag mapping document accurate and up-to-date, adhering to our approved taxonomy and naming conventions.
- Help build and maintain QA checklists, trackers, naming conventions, and launch calendars, identifying ways to streamline and improve the process.
- Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and creative issues, supporting the Digital Ad Managers with monitoring and reporting.
- Stay curious, learn how each platform works, and share ideas to enhance our execution.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with the Digital Advertising team, providing timely updates and avoiding surprises.
Requirements

- Programmatic foundation: 2+ years of hands-on experience building or trafficking digital campaigns, preferably in a DSP.
- Genuinely curious: Interest in programmatic media and the mechanics behind campaigns.
- Strong communicator: Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast learner: Ability to quickly pick up new software and platforms.
Qualifications
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Agency, B2B, or lead-generation experience is a plus.
