Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Management to gather and validate creative assets, tracking tags, and campaign timelines
  • Translate campaign requirements into clear, actionable instructions for the trafficking team
  • Oversee campaign trafficking and setup, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client specifications
  • Perform final quality assurance checks prior to launch
  • Monitor campaign delivery and pacing across channels (e.g., display, programmatic, paid social)
  • Analyze performance against KPIs like impressions, clicks, CTR, conversion, and spend pacing
  • Identify underperforming or at-risk campaigns and work with leaders to recommend adjustments to improve delivery
  • Provide regular performance updates and insights to internal stakeholders

Pacing & Risk Management

  • Conduct daily pacing audits to ensure campaigns are on track to deliver in full and on time
  • Proactively flag risks (underdelivery, overspend, performance gaps) and assist in outlining mitigation plans
  • Maintain clear documentation and status tracking across active campaigns

Billing & Reconciliation

  • Partner with Account Management on monthly billing reconciliation to ensure accuracy of spend vs. contract
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in delivery, billing, or reporting
  • Support financial accuracy across campaigns and accounts

What You Bring

  • Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, ad operations, or campaign analytics
  • Platform Familiarity: Ad Serving / OMS: Google Ad Manager, Order Management Systems; Paid Media: Meta Ads (or similar platforms); Analytics & Verification: DoubleVerify, Parsely, Amplitude, Tableau (or comparable tools)
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups) with the ability to identify trends and actionable insights
  • Communication: Ability to translate technical details into clear, concise updates for cross-functional teams
  • Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and a proactive approach to catching and resolving issues early
  • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams and/or outsourced partners is a plus
  • Process Improvement Mindset: Interest in leveraging automation or AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

What We Offer

  • Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000
  • Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission
