Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist
About the Role
As the Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will own the planning, project management, and execution of digital-first marketing campaigns across ABM, email, paid digital advertising, third-party media, direct mail, and events. You will drive lead generation and conversion, applying AI and marketing automation to accelerate planning, content development, and reporting. Working within the Commercial Performance Team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and external partner agencies to create, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns. Over time, you will continuously optimize performance and spend, expanding your ownership.

Responsibilities
- Project manage each campaign end-to-end, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery across creative, digital, and external partner teams.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns by market segment to win new customers and upsell or retain current customers.
- Coordinate stakeholders to ensure campaigns launch on schedule, stay within budget, and foster a positive team experience.
- Partner with the digital team on reporting, campaign insights, optimization, and pacing toward goals.
- Support campaign goals and objectives aligned with broader organizational priorities.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of business priorities, target audiences, competitors, and the value DrFirst delivers to clients.
- Expand and maintain business unit target lists in real time.
- Develop and execute digital campaign tactics across channels including digital advertising, social, email, and events.
- Support campaign budget tracking and maintain timelines.
- Serve as project manager for each campaign, tracking milestones, dependencies, budget, and production/distribution timelines.
- Develop and implement campaign activities with support from your manager, including content creation for ads, emails, and landing pages, media buying, and event management.
- Manage and collaborate with internal teams (design, copywriting, production) and external vendors (agencies, media partners).
- Maintain quality control and brand consistency across all campaign elements.
- Track campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Analyze data to identify improvement areas and optimize campaign tactics in real time.
- Generate reports and insights for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2 to 4 years of marketing or digital marketing experience.
- Experience with marketing and sales platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, and digital advertising platforms.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for campaign planning, content drafting, and reporting, with the judgment to know where AI enhances efficiency.
- Experience with process automation or agent building is a plus.
- Ability to translate strategic vision into tactical execution plans.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under guidance.
- Working knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp is a plus).
- Ability to move forward with incomplete information using an analytical mindset and quantitative aptitude.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, high-ownership attitude.
- Willingness to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Flexibility to take on additional projects and tasks as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of the healthcare IT environment.
- Experience at companies with SaaS, software, and mobile products.
- Account-based marketing (ABM) program experience.
- Paid media buying experience across search, social, and third-party healthcare media.
Physical Requirements
- 80% remote office work.
- 20% travel as required by business needs.

- Competitive compensation with a base salary of $55,000 to $70,000 (exact compensation varies based on skills and experience).
