Digital Health Specialist - Hybrid

About the Role

A licensed Physical Therapist specializing in Digital Health in a hybrid setting, combining in-clinic and remote care. The position involves delivering virtual care, remote therapeutic monitoring, and developing digital health programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized outpatient physical therapy for diverse orthopedic and neurologic conditions.
• Utilize digital platforms for telehealth evaluations, assessments, and treatments.
• Perform remote therapeutic monitoring and interactive communication with patients.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes efficiently using advanced software.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support digital service delivery to meet patient and operational needs.
• Serve as a liaison between providers and the Digital Health leadership to optimize remote services.
• Participate in program development, data analysis, and marketing efforts related to digital health initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
• State license to practice physical therapy (FL or willing to obtain licensure in other states).
• Experience in outpatient settings; telehealth experience preferred.
• Strong dedication to providing high-quality patient care.
