Job Description
You will own the day-to-day management of seven public websites and two internal sites, including publishing website copy, imagery, blog content, hero updates, and core page changes.
You'll partner with creative teams, content creators, and business stakeholders across six to seven affiliated businesses to maintain website quality, accuracy, and overall health.
- Maintain website performance, manage SEO health and technical issues, resolve broken links and 404 errors, and use analytics and SEO platforms to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support a major transformation initiative by assisting with the migration from the current CMS to its next-generation AI-enabled version and participating in the consolidation of multiple siloed websites into one unified platform.
- Help establish scalable content and web-management processes and explore how AI can improve search visibility, content management, and engagement going forward.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience managing corporate or enterprise websites.
- Strong, practical SEO knowledge with a track record of improving site health and search performance.
- Proficient in an enterprise CMS (e.g., Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, or a comparable platform), including hands-on content authoring and publishing.
- Experienced with Google Analytics and SEO tools such as Semrush and Screaming Frog.
- Comfortable managing multiple websites and brands simultaneously.
- Skilled in collaborating with creative teams, content creators, and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Able to work independently within a fast-paced, internal-agency environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities across several businesses.
- Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail.
- Curious about and interested in emerging AI, search (AEO/GEO/AIO), and website-optimization technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Design, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
- Direct, hands-on experience with an enterprise CMS is required; direct Sitecore experience and/or exposure to SitecoreAI is a plus.
- Experience with AEO, GEO, AIO, or other AI-driven search practices is preferred but not required — genuine interest and willingness to learn is valued.
- Prior experience in financial services or another regulated industry is a plus, but not required.
Additional Requirements
- This opportunity is located in Austin, TX and requires onsite work four days per week, with one remote day.
- The position is eligible for standard full-time employee benefits, including PTO, health and dental insurance, and 401(k), per the employer's benefits policy.
