Responsibilities

• Promote and support adoption of Caterpillar digital technologies across customer and internal fleets
• Lead technology onboarding activities, including system setup, customer orientation, and initial success validation
• Demonstrate the value of offboard technologies as they pertain to equipment management
• Partner with Sales and Product Support teams to identify technology opportunities aligned to customer needs
• Monitor and report on technology adoption, utilization, and performance metrics
• Educate customers and internal partners on best practices for connected asset solutions
• Coordinate with internal technical resources to resolve adoption or utilization challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation related to connected assets, subscriptions, and customer usage
• Serve as a subject-matter expert (SME) for EM solutions throughout Quinn's territory

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• A two-year college degree or certificate (AA or AS) preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of related industry or technical experience
