About the Role
Are you passionate about the evolving landscape of digital advertising and Connected TV (CTV)? Join our innovative team in Alpena, Michigan, and Phase 3 Digital, where you’ll lead the charge in helping local businesses thrive through powerful digital marketing and streaming strategies.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead with digital: build strategic, data-driven campaigns across CTV, OTT, streaming audio, programmatic, and social platforms.
· Identify new prospects and present forward-thinking marketing strategies tailored to their digital goals.
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns and optimize client results.
· Maintain a working knowledge of linear TV offerings to supplement digital campaigns when appropriate.
· Stay current with trends in digital advertising and streaming technology.
· Consistently meet and exceed digital revenue goals.
What You Bring
· Demonstrated success in digital advertising sales, particularly CTV/OTT and streaming media.
· Deep understanding of digital metrics, targeting, attribution, and campaign strategy.
· Strong communication, storytelling, and consultative selling skills.
· Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving media landscape.
· Familiarity with the Alpena, Michigan market is a plus.
· Experience with traditional TV advertising is welcome, but not required.
What We Offer
· The compensation range for this role is $35,000 per year to $60,000 per year which includes a guaranteed salary + commission.
