Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and customize multi-platform digital advertising campaigns to meet client needs.

  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to optimize campaign performance and deliver measurable results.
  • Integrate traditional TV offerings into digital strategies to maximize client impact.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in digital media.
  • Achieve and surpass revenue targets, with uncapped commissions as a reward.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in digital advertising sales, particularly with CTV/OTT and streaming platforms.
  • Strong understanding of targeting, attribution, and campaign metrics.
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills to build client relationships.
  • Strategic, data-savvy, and adaptable to a fast-changing media environment.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of the local market or traditional TV advertising experience (not required).
