Own Moultrie’s digital commerce business—driving Moultrie.com and supporting Amazon, Walmart, and lifecycle marketing. Set strategy, lead the team, and drive profitable growth across all channels.
Job Responsibilities
Build and Lead the Team: Build the team. Own structure, hiring decisions, and performance standards across DTC, marketplace, and lifecycle.
Multi-Channel Revenue: Own the P&L across Moultrie.com, and support the P&L for Amazon, and Walmart. Set channel strategy and drive profitable growth.
Set Channel Strategy: Track what matters: conversion, AOV, ACOS/TACOS, Buy Box %, organic rank, CLV, CLTV:CAC, and NPS. Make calls from data. Move fast.
Amazon & Marketplace: Treat Amazon and Walmart as distinct businesses—different strategies, different levers. Both contribute hitting fiscal objectives.
DTC — Moultrie.com: Own the Moultrie.com experience—merchandising, content, UX, SEO, and conversion. Oversee the Magento platform and tech stack. Keep the site fast, reliable, and on-calendar.
Lifecycle Marketing: Oversee the lifecycle team—email, SMS, and push. Cover the full customer journey: welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, and win-back. Optimize for repeat purchase rate and CLV.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. Report channel performance to leadership—what’s working, what’s not, what’s next.
Job Requirements
5+ years leading e-commerce, with direct P&L ownership
Proven revenue growth across DTC and at least one major marketplace (Amazon or Walmart)
Expert in GA4, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
Hands-on Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central experience
Experience with Magento, Shopify Plus, or BigCommerce
Lifecycle marketing experience—Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar
Bachelor’s in marketing, business, or related field
Essential Job Function: Walmart Seller Center and Walmart Connect experience
SEO expertise across DTC and marketplace listings
Experience with subscription or membership commerce
Background in outdoor, sporting goods, or consumer electronics
Demonstrated AI fluency—uses AI tools to accelerate analysis, copy, and reporting
