Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions on WooCommerce.
  • Ensure product images and descriptions are accurate and compelling.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Use Google Analytics to monitor performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze email campaigns to engage customers and promote products.
  • Design and update promotional graphics, banners, and product visuals using Photoshop.
  • Collaborate on content strategy to support seasonal campaigns and product launches.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback across platforms.
  • Resolve order issues including shipping, returns, and payment concerns.
  • Track and report on ecommerce sales metrics, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with warehouse, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and fulfillment.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across social channels, responding promptly to build community and brand loyalty.
  • Track social media performance metrics and adjust strategy based on engagement, reach, and conversion data.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce on-brand visuals, reels, and short-form video content.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales, cashier or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering quality customer service.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing sales pipelines and documentation.
