Responsibilities

  • Maintain digital campaign analytics and tracking, ensuring visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
  • Reconcile logistics role documentation with status tracking for digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts with deadline management.
  • Review documentation and generate reports for digital campaigns.
  • Enforce quality control and workflow management for campaign execution.
  • Apply data accuracy while managing evidence and deadlines in a digital campaign workflow.
  • Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning.
  • Use judgment for follow-ups, especially when campaign execution depends on external confirmations.
  • Ensure role-specific handoffs are complete, with exception tracking, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  • Confident use of logistics workflow context and campaign management tools within a marketing environment.
  • Ability to apply digital-focused, campaign-focused, specialized-execution in the context of marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring traceability, ownership of unresolved items, and surfacing repeated errors before they cause rework.

Pay

Base salary: $43,000–$68,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
