As a Senior Digital Campaign Manager, you will serve as a consultative partner across cross-functional teams, orchestrating end-to-end campaign execution and quality assurance to optimize customer acquisition across web and mobile ecosystems. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to elevate user experiences, advance personalized marketing initiatives, and champion operational excellence in a high-growth environment. Responsibilities: Orchestrate end-to-end digital campaign lifecycles across owned web and mobile channels to drive omnichannel customer acquisition and seamless cross-functional execution.Direct rigorous quality assurance protocols and test environments using specialized accounts to safeguard digital user experiences, campaign accuracy, and launch timelines.Design and implement precision audience targeting rules, A/B experiments, and personalization engine business requirements to maximize campaign relevance and conversion impact.Mitigate operational risk by proactively evaluating platform migration pipelines, tracking technical readiness, and delivering strategic launch communications to key stakeholders. Qualifications: 2-4+ years of digital marketing, ad operations, or digital production experience, preferably within a regulated financial services environment.Deep functional expertise in ad operations workflows, content management tools, and translating complex business strategy into actionable technical targeting requirements.Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns, high-velocity pipelines, and strict quality assurance standards to drive high-impact business outcomes.Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, possessing exceptional organizational, analytical, and collaborative communication skills.
