Digital Automation Analyst 2
About the role
This role serves as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, analyzing business needs and translating them into governed, scalable solutions built on low-code/no-code tools, reporting platforms, and AI agentic solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing business needs and translating them into technically feasible, platform-aligned designs
- Translating business needs into governed, scalable solutions using low-code/no-code tools, reporting platforms, and AI agentic solutions
- Ensuring solutions are well designed, compliant, and aligned to enterprise platform standards
- Conducting process analysis, solution feasibility, data and analytics alignment, and responsible AI adoption
- Focusing on what should be built and why, not primarily on hands-on development
- Built lower complexity solutions and reports when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a business analyst, technical analyst, or hybrid role
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and designing solutions using low-code/no-code tools, reporting platforms, and AI agentic solutions
- Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow design; data and analytics concepts; low-code/no-code platforms in governed environments
- Experience analyzing Copilot Studio or AI-assisted workflows
- Familiarity with Power Platform licensing and environment strategies
- Experience with ALM patterns and release management
- Experience with data governance and information protection
Qualifications
- Relevant certifications: PL-200, PL-600, Power BI, or Fabric certifications
Skills
