About the role

This role serves as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, analyzing business needs and translating them into governed, scalable solutions built on low-code/no-code tools, reporting platforms, and AI agentic solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing business needs and translating them into technically feasible, platform-aligned designs
  • Translating business needs into governed, scalable solutions using low-code/no-code tools, reporting platforms, and AI agentic solutions
  • Ensuring solutions are well designed, compliant, and aligned to enterprise platform standards
  • Conducting process analysis, solution feasibility, data and analytics alignment, and responsible AI adoption
  • Focusing on what should be built and why, not primarily on hands-on development
  • Built lower complexity solutions and reports when necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a business analyst, technical analyst, or hybrid role
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and designing solutions using low-code/no-code tools, reporting platforms, and AI agentic solutions
  • Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow design; data and analytics concepts; low-code/no-code platforms in governed environments
  • Experience analyzing Copilot Studio or AI-assisted workflows
  • Familiarity with Power Platform licensing and environment strategies
  • Experience with ALM patterns and release management
  • Experience with data governance and information protection

Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications: PL-200, PL-600, Power BI, or Fabric certifications

Skills

Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills; strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow design; data and analytics concepts; low-code/no-code platforms in governed environments.
