Digital Adoption Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Adoption Lead to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation within the Legal & Accounting space. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of change management strategies to enhance technology adoption
• Align with stakeholders on technology priorities for successful rollout
• Create compelling narratives to communicate the business value of technology changes
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the technology landscape to inform adoption strategies
• Execute integrated communication and training strategies for technology rollouts
• Build scalable adoption assets like marketing materials
• Monitor and optimize adoption strategies based on usage data and feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field AND 7+ years of experience in technology adoption, change management, or digital transformation
• OR Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field AND 5+ years of experience in technology adoption, change management, or digital transformation
• OR equivalent practical experience
• Experience with enterprise technology products or SaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of business process transformation and workflow optimization

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
