Dietitian Nutritionist

Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Full-time Registered Dietitian for Queen's Medical Center West Oahu, located in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. This 104-bed community hospital is part of Queens Health System and is approximately 25 miles west of Honolulu.

What You'll Do

• Deliver nutrition care to inpatients with a range of medical conditions
• Participate in daily ICU rounds as part of the interdisciplinary team
• Lead quality initiatives (patient satisfaction rounds, test trays)
• Educate and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Education Requirement: Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
• For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
• Credentials Requirement:
• Mets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire
• In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
