Dietetic Services Patient Ambassador- Room service

About the role

The Dietetic Patient Ambassador supports patient nutrition through direct interaction, rounding, assistance, communication, education, and service recovery as needed. This supervisor-level position empowers the Ambassador to address patient concerns, make decisions regarding processes and procedures, and implement service recovery solutions. The role ensures compliance with all departmental and facility policies and adheres to HACCP guidelines to maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospital, senior living facility, commercial kitchen, restaurant, or other food service operation.

Pay

• Minimum salary of $16.88 per hour.
