• Carrying out inventory management.
• Designing standards and procedures for food preparation.
• Developing resident-specific dietary programs and diverse eating options.
• Ensuring safe storage and preparation of food.

Qualifications

• You are certified by the Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals.
• You Completed a Dietary Manager Exam.
• You have experience in foodservice management.
• You are highly organized and responsible.
• You have good written and verbal communication skills.
