About the role
Located at the Cass Lake Service Unit in Minnesota, this role supports inpatient dietary services in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule dietary staff
- Maintain dietary service policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with HACCP protocols and FDA Food Code 2022
- Cook with healthcare providers to implement physician-ordered diets
- Maintain inventory, ordering, and food safety documentation
- Conduct training, onboarding, and staff performance evaluations
- Plan and post 3-week rotating menus in coordination with the Registered Dietitian
Qualifications
- ServSafe certification required
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital or healthcare dietary program
- Valid Food Handler’s Permit
