About the role

This role involves performing preventative maintenance and repairs on medium to heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and refrigeration units to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Complete work orders and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
  • Inspect brake systems, steering, and other critical components
  • Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and battery checks
  • Communicate professionally with team members and document all repairs accurately using the online management system
  • Perform road call services as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair
  • Experience with diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and refrigeration systems

Skills

  • Proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Knowledge of vehicle systems
