Diesel Mechanic

About the role

Starting Pay: $25-$35/hr, with more pay available based on experience, certifications, and skill level. The shift for this position is 2pm-12am, Monday through Friday, with overtime available after 40 hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections, diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and complete repairs on Diesel Refuse Trucks.
• Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, PTO systems, and other truck components.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to keep Refuse Trucks operating safely and reliably.
• Perform preventative maintenance and complete repairs to ensure fleet vehicles are ready for daily operation.
