Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise staff
- Assist with patient care including medication administration and dialysis
- Ensure compliance with laws and policies
- Respond to emergencies
- Communicate patient assessments
- Collaborate with physicians
- Support staff orientation and evaluation
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid RN license
- Minimum 12 months nursing experience (including 3 months in dialysis)
- CPR certification
- Leadership ability
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Knowledge of regulations
