Responsibilities
- Assisting with clinical and operational processes to improve patient outcomes
- Managing supplies and labor
- Reviewing and administering medications
- Supporting physician rounds and order implementation
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations
- Responding to emergencies
- Communicating patient assessments to the care team
- Participating in care planning, staff orientation, and policy updates
- Collaborating with medical professionals
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- At least 12 months of nursing experience, including 3 months in dialysis
- CPR certification
- Basic computer skills
- Leadership, sound judgment, and effective communication skills
