Dialership Program

About the role

The Dialership Program at Dialpad is a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about technology, business communications, or AI to gain insights into the company's operations and future direction. Participants spend 2 hours per week exploring various business areas, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, People Experience and Recruiting, Customer Success, AI Strategy, Creative Design, Product Management, Finance, IT and Security, Growth Marketing, and more. They also have the chance to network with key leaders, receive feedback on their resume and LinkedIn profile, and experience firsthand what makes Dialpad's culture so special.

Requirements

To participate in the Dialership Program, you should be:

• Curious about technology, business communications, or AI
• Excited about learning from industry leaders
• Ready to commit 2 hours per week to the program
• Open to exploring a wide range of business areas at Dialpad

Qualifications

While not all qualifications must be met, applicants should demonstrate:

• A strong interest in the field of technology, business communications, or AI
• An eagerness to learn and grow within the industry
• A willingness to engage with and learn from industry leaders
• A commitment to attending two sessions per week for the duration of the program

Skills

Participants in the Dialership Program will develop skills such as:

• Understanding of various business functions within an agentic AI company

Benefits
