About the role

TAM Residential is seeking a Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining the property's condition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning
• Manage tenant relations and ensure high levels of customer service
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and increase occupancy
• Collaborate with other departments to address issues and enhance the living experience for residents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of property management experience
• Proven track record of successful property management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Real Estate License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with property management software

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
