Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing process from initiation to completion, understanding the needs of potential residents and addressing them to finalize lease agreements.
• Showcase comprehensive knowledge of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings while conducting tours for prospective residents.
• Follow up promptly on phone and internet inquiries from existing and potential residents to foster connections.
• Contribute to digital marketing outreach and assist in planning resident events and activities.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records using online tools and systems.
• Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate the benefits of living at FRED’s properties.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in leasing, sales, teaching, or hospitality preferred but not required; top-notch customer service skills are required.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and auto insurance.

Schedule

Full-time, daytime hours Tuesday through Saturday.
