About the role
The selected candidate must be located-in or willing to relocate to the Little Rock area. This will be on-site work for a minimum of one month. DFA has a partial remote work policy that is available after six months, but will require being located within the Little Rock Area.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial systems using .NET technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions
- Lead technical reviews and provide guidance on best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the technology stack
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in software development
- Proven experience in .NET development, including C# and ASP.NET
- Experience with financial systems and data management
- Strong understanding of SQL and database design
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead and mentor junior developers
Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent certification
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and other cloud services
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
