DFA Senior Financial .Net Developer/ Architect - Onsite

About the role

The selected candidate must be located-in or willing to relocate to the Little Rock area. This will be on-site work for a minimum of one month. DFA has a partial remote work policy that is available after six months, but will require being located within the Little Rock Area.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial systems using .NET technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions
  • Lead technical reviews and provide guidance on best practices
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the technology stack

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in software development
  • Proven experience in .NET development, including C# and ASP.NET
  • Experience with financial systems and data management
  • Strong understanding of SQL and database design
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior developers

Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent certification
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and other cloud services
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
