Senior Finance Architect

About the role

The Senior Finance Architect is a key member of Rehlko's Enterprise IT ERP team, delivering global Finance technology solutions in partnership with the business. The role leads architecture, design, testing, deployment, and support of Finance IT applications—primarily SAP—across core domains such as Financials, Controlling, Planning and Reporting, Tax, and end-to-end cash flow (AR/AP, Treasury).

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis, counsel, and direction to both IT and business unit partners to solve business needs and provide solutions.
• Provide spirited, positive technical leadership throughout the planning and implementation cycles of systems projects.
• Assist, direct, schedule, coordinate, and evaluate the efforts of junior IT employees, business users, and vendor personnel assigned to projects.
• Develop detailed system architecture and program specifications for SAP ECC and/or related systems. Develop diagrams, program documentation and user procedures.
• Afford inputs for project review meetings and management presentations including design review, project scheduling, test plans, and other deliverables.
• Present to senior leadership, contribute across multiple initiatives, and mentor team members.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is self-driven, with deep SAP and Finance expertise and strong experience in global business processes.

• Strong understanding of SAP ECC and related systems.
• Experience in global business processes and finance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
