Responsibilities
- Conducting deep dive analysis, business analysis, and technical analysis.
- Formulating processes and suggesting process improvements.
- Performing gap analysis and requirement understanding.
- Identifying gaps in requirements and understanding implicit requirements.
- Eliciting requirements and ensuring all implicit needs are addressed.
- Communicating complex solutions in simple terms.
- Working independently and proactively.
- Adhering to organizational guidelines and processes.
- Communicating by telephone, email, or face-to-face.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Ten to fifteen years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Experience in production support and performance engineering.
- Proven ability to work in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Effective cross-team communication and collaboration.
- Leadership experience managing an independent team of four to six members.
Preferred Skills
- Solution architect mindset, understanding and identifying indirect dependencies of maturing solutions.
- Strong Agile working experience.
- Experience in the telecom domain.
- Experience working in a global delivery environment (including offshore interactions).
- Leadership experience managing an independent team of four to six members.
- Ability to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face.
