DevOps Cloud Engineer - TS/SCI with Polygraph

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer capable of working with a software development team to provide enterprise system support. The successful candidate will provide cloud service expertise in Java application integration, Java enterprise services, and experience with the CI/CD pipeline and DevOps on the customer network within the AWS Platform. The candidate should have extensive experience or training in cloud engineering and be capable of delivering cloud capabilities and transferring knowledge to others.

Responsibilities

• Support containerized EC2 instances
• Build and deploy Docker containers with software such as Nginx, SOLR, and Zookeeper
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines with new containers based on legacy builds
• Build full CI/CD pipelines from scratch deploying Spring web services into AWS/C2S environments using industry best practices and DevOps principles with tools like Jenkins and Terraform

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, certifications, training, or work experience
• US Citizenship required
• Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance currently held

Pay

The likely salary range for this position is $142,792 – $186,791. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
