About the role
A Cloud DevOps Engineer is needed to join a mission-critical team assessing internal and external threats to our Customer’s enterprise networks. This role requires creating, administering, and deploying AWS resources and infrastructure, managing TLS certificates, and providing minimal end-user technical support.
Responsibilities
- Create, administer and deploy AWS resources and infrastructure using ArgoCD, K9s, Kubectl, Helm charts, Docker, GitLab, YAML Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs), and cloud-custodian
- Create, administer and deploy AWS resources within the customer’s C2E environment using EC2, S3, RDS, Security Groups, IAM, EBS, Terraform, and Ansible
- Manage TLS certificates via ACME with the customer service provider using cert-manager and ACME
- Provide minimal end-user technical support to various customer teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Oracle, or Google Cloud
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
Qualifications
- Six (6) years of relevant experience in devops, systems administration, and/or software engineering
- Four (4) years of experience working with systems utilizing cloud-related technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience working with Linux, AWS/C2E, and Git
- Familiarity with Kubernetes terminology and basic workings
- One or more of the following certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional, Certified Kubernetes Application Developer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator

Pay
The projected pay range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000. The final salary will be determined based on a number of factors including education, certifications, total years of relevant professional experience, actual level of expertise, and the responsibilities of the role itself.
