About the role

The Development Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s development projects, from planning and execution to post-launch support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality deliverables
• Develop and maintain project documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development management
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools

Qualifications
