Dev/Ops Engineer
About the role
Quevera is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support mission-critical programs. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and microservices supporting secure, scalable solutions for national security missions. Working alongside a collaborative engineering team, you will develop Python-based microservices, automate cloud infrastructure deployments, implement CI/CD pipelines, and enhance system observability across AWS environments. You'll leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern DevOps practices to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing cloud solutions. As a DevOps Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies, collaborate with experienced engineers, and contribute to innovative solutions supporting critical mission environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain ECS-based Python microservices that process and serve geospatial data.
- Develop and support loosely coupled AWS cloud architectures utilizing ECS, OpenSearch, Docker, and AWS Fargate.
- Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using AWS CDK.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated application deployment
