Desktop Technician

Our client is a leading U.S. insurance company focused on helping people and businesses protect what matters most. This is a 4-month contract position located in Woodland Hills, CA 91367.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT-related certifications and relevant experience preferred
• 1 year of experience in a desktop support role
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills
• Experience with Active Directory, virtual desktop environments, and IT service management tools
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop support, consulting services, and problem resolution
• Interface with other support groups and/or suppliers to resolve problems
• Troubleshoot routine to moderately complex desktop issues
• Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned
