About the role
This role provides final-tier support for all technology issues, working as part of a team to resolve incidents as they arise. Responsibilities include imaging and deploying desktop and laptop computers, managing the asset inventory of these devices, and responding to incident tickets for end-user support issues related to Microsoft Windows, business applications, and hardware problems.
Responsibilities
- Image and deploy desktop and laptop computers
- Maintain accurate asset management records for all supported devices
- Serve as the final line of support for escalated technical issues
- Respond to incident tickets in a timely manner for end-user support issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows, business applications, and hardware problems
Requirements
- Familiarity with desktop hardware and peripherals such as printers
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office suite
- Working knowledge of Active Directory
- Customer service and phone support experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay
The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $27.00 per hour. Individual compensation within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
