Job Responsibilities
- Aid in software and hardware life cycle management processes including research, packaging, quality assurance, and deployment preparation.
- Set up new users, including desktop configuration, email accounts, LDAP accounts, and VPN accounts.
- Support employees, both local and remote, with desktop issues, account issues, and access to various internal services.
- Resolve software issues on employees’ desktops and laptops, especially those involving mobile devices.
Qualifications
- An associate's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field is required.
- Two to four years of relevant experience is required.
- Knowledge of Windows operating system is essential.
- Experience with desktop installation and configuration is necessary.
- Experience troubleshooting desktop issues and mobile devices is required.
Pay
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
