Duties And Responsibilities
- Performs troubleshooting of desktops and laptops as well as mobile devices.
- Participates problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations.
- Responsible for learning and supporting IT related tasks for New Hire Orientation.
- Perform minor desktop and laptop hardware repairs for equipment not covered under vendor maintenance agreements.
- Support and troubleshoot conference room technologies to ensure reliable functionality.
- Assist with project directions and schedules to maximize benefits and minimize impacts on the customer organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associates or Bachelor's degree program in IT related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and December 2027.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Foundational knowledge in Networking.
- Foundational knowledge in PC Components.
- PC troubleshooting Skills.
- Printer Troubleshooting Skills.
Pay Range
The pay range for this role is $20 - $22 Hourly. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
