Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed technical and user experience reviews of applications submitted to the Marketplace
  • Evaluate app listing data, including descriptions and supporting documentation, against Marketplace guidelines
  • Perform functional end-to-end testing of third-party applications and associated services to ensure they meet requirements and do not pose risks
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to developers to help improve app quality and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Platform and Customer Experience to support Marketplace operations
  • Contribute insights and feedback to internal product teams regarding existing and upcoming features
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Marketplace applications and identify characteristics of high-performing apps
  • Perform regular audits of Marketplace listings to ensure compliance and quality standards
  • Document findings, processes, and recommendations to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
  • Manage a consistent workflow of reviews while contributing to ongoing operational and project-based initiatives

Requirements

  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate across distributed teams in multiple time zones
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Required Skills

  • Strong written communication skills, particularly in technical or customer support contexts
  • Solid understanding of how web applications and services function, including general knowledge of APIs and web-based systems
  • Familiarity with common SaaS tools and platforms such as Asana, Linear, Jira, and GitHub
  • The ability to evaluate application functionality and user experience in a structured and thorough manner
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement
  • Curiosity and self-motivation, with a willingness to learn new tools and processes
  • The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
  • Confidence in providing feedback and communicating recommendations clearly

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with manual quality assurance (QA) processes for SaaS applications
  • Exposure to coding or software development concepts

Pay Transparency

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $27.00 - $30.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
