About the role

This is a 21-month contract position (possible extension) located in St. Joseph, MO. The role follows a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days a week in the office, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Work authorization is limited to US Citizens or Green Card holders.

Responsibilities

• Run routine reports and queries from the GPV database tables using SQL.
• Support computerized system validation testing.
• Handle PV systems Product Dictionary entries and routine maintenance in databases, including updates and new entries.
• Maintain Product Family and Product Line updates.
• Triage tickets for system support as the 1st line of support for PV System tickets.
• Support new user setup in PV Systems, including curricula assignments, mailbox maintenance, and initial login assistance.
• Coordinate and support training for the PV User community, including new user trainings.
• Serve as the front line to the User community for system support and communication.
• Support PV system monitoring and liaise with IT/Vendor to resolve system issues.
• Perform Case Type Changes and Product Family verifications.
• Support the review, organization, and archiving of PV Documentation.
• Maintain and monitor dashboards.
• Perform all other duties assigned by Leadership.

Requirements

• Experience with GxP computerized systems.
• Experience with SQL.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assigned tasks.
• Experience working within a team environment.
• Customer service experience.

Qualifications

• IT or Business Degree (Associate or Bachelor's).
• Preferred: Experience with global systems and users.

Pay

$30.00 - $32.14/hr. on W2.
