Desktop Support III

Responsibilities

• Run routine reports and queries from the GPV database tables using SQL as needed.
• Support computerized system validation testing.
• Manage PV systems Product Dictionary entries and routine maintenance in databases:
  • Product Dictionary updates and new entries
  • Product Family maintenance
  • Product Line updates
• Triage tickets for system support; act as the 1st line of support for PV System tickets.
• Support new user setup in PV Systems:
  • PV Systems setup
  • Curricula assignments
  • Mailbox maintenance
  • Supporting initial login for new users
• Coordinate training for the PV User community, including new user trainings.
• Communicate with the PV System User community and act as the front line for system support.
• Support PV system monitoring and liaise with IT/Vendor to resolve system issues:
  • Case Type Changes
  • Product Family verifications
• Support the review, organization, and archiving of PV Documentation.
• Maintain and monitor dashboards.
• Perform all other duties assigned by Leadership.

Requirements

• Experience with GxP computerized systems.
• Experience with SQL.
• Well-organized with the ability to prioritize assigned tasks.
• Experience working within a team environment.
• Customer service experience.

Qualifications

IT or Business Degree (Associate or Bachelor’s).

Preferred: Experience with global systems and users.

Pay

Pay ranges between $25–$30 per hour.
