Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory and support IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities
- Act as onsite IT representative for business users
- Resolve customer issues related to the infrastructure
- Deploy hardware, including hardware and OS refresh activities
- Provide first level support for Printers and MFP
- Manage Office/M 365, Internet Explorer, VPN software, Microsoft Tools (Active Directory, Computer Management)
- Perform hand-on troubleshooting
- Patch and manage vulnerability for workstations
- Manage device lifecycle from procurement to retirement
- Monitor the lifecycle of devices (laptops, workstations, monitors, peripherals)
- Ticket management in ServiceNow
- Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles
- Track asset inventory and configuration in ServiceNow
- Provide Audio Visual Support in meeting rooms
- Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
