Requirements
- A 50%+ close rate on appointments
- A steady stream of 5-star reviews with your name on them
- A referral pipeline that keeps growing on its own
- Happy customers and profitable projects, every time
- 2+ years of sales experience in flooring, interior design, or construction
- A natural at building trust fast, with real communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable owning your schedule
- Tech-comfortable and independent
- Valid driver's license
