About the role

The Design Manager is responsible for overseeing the design process in interior construction projects. This includes managing design teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design process from concept to completion
• Manage design teams and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes and standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and contractors to resolve issues
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior construction design management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with project budgeting and cost control
• Knowledge of building codes and industry regulations

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
