About the role

Responsible for overseeing the design process in interior construction projects in Jacksonville. Leads teams in creating innovative and functional designs that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop and refine design concepts
• Ensure all designs adhere to safety and regulatory standards
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior construction design
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
