Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support interior design professionals across all experience levels.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Establish and maintain interior design standards, best practices, and production resources.
- Serve as a technical resource for project teams throughout design and documentation phases.
- Cook up training initiatives and professional development opportunities within the discipline.
- Conduct quality reviews and support continuous improvement efforts across projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in client meetings and help maintain strong relationships with tribal partners and stakeholders.
- Support staffing, resource planning, and workload coordination within the Interior Design team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from a CIDA-accredited program required.
- NCIDQ Certification required.
- 8+ years of progressive interior design experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring teams and supporting professional growth.
- Strong knowledge of interior design processes, building systems, materials, and documentation standards.
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard design software.
- Experience working with Native American communities or tribal projects is valued but not required.
